(1)Toothbrushing campaign at school
(2)Toothbrushing instruction
* by Picture-story show
* by Demonstration of the correct toothbrushing method by using large dental arch model

1 . As school children and village people are increasingly consuming more soft food and drinks and very less amount of fruits and vegetables,
we should suggest for changing their food habits towards less consumption of soft food and drinks and more consumption of fruits and vegetables.

2. We have the most tobacco smokers in the world per 1000 people and have a massive tobacco chewing habit which lead to lung cancer (highest in males) and oral cancer (2nd. highest in males).
So we suggest them not to smoke or chew tobacco. And for school children we suggest them not to smoke and chew tobacco in future

3. We also suggest them to improve personal hygiene by washing hands after using toilet and before eating.
We motivate the school children and the tea-garden workers and their family members about the importance of oral health care and relation to other Non-Communicable diseases.
A good number of children and people in our country do not use toothbrush and toothpaste for cleaning their teeth.
Instead, they use Neem sticks and also using charcoal powder with finger.
So in TBI, we suggest them to brush their teeth twice a day.
Before going to sleep and at morning with small headed soft toothbrushes using small amount of fluoride containing toothpaste.
